Quick question about EB...

Why isn't it recommended to install EB in Program files? i currently have it installed there you see.

This is only the case if you run Vista. Vista has trouble with users who like altering files in any folder under Program Files. If you don't have Vista then there is no problem.

Ah ok thanks... i was puzzled when i installed EB but didnt bother to ask until now Lol, anyway thanks for clearing that up for me^_^

Oh yes one more thing... what is the "Trivial Script"??? sorry i'm not that good with computers and moding related things.

EDIT: also where can i find "map.rwm"? i recently installed konny's Roman Allied Legions mini-mod and am having trouble with getting the named legions.

Trivial script for EB is where there are basically 2 executable shortcuts-one has single player mode, the other, Custom battle and multiplayer mode. the reason it was installed was simply because in earlier versions, there was an EDU Glitch whereby the Unit roster available for custom battles was the same for all factions (regardless of the culture). So romans got greek units and hellenistic units rather than Roman ones.

as for map: EB=> data => world=> maps=> base. it should be in there.
