Help on login!

my RTW game wont let me play MP... when i come up with a name it says wrong CD key, when i type in the CD key on "Change cd key" and click enter then try again it still says that it is invalid... i know im typing it right because ive tried it with - and without - but it still wont work(sometime when i try it says login failed)
can anyone enlighten me on what is wrong and how to fix it

Hello Greek faction

Try this...

When you type in your CD key please make CERTAIN that you type it EXACTLY as it is on your manual or CD case.

All LETTERS are lowercase and 0 is a 'zero' not a letter O. Also add the '-'s

For example (this is NOT a genuine cd key)... 1aa2-2bb3-3cc4-1dd0-2ee3-3ff0.

It should look something like this.

i have done that before and it didnt work... i typed it exactly how it was... is there anyone i can talk to like a staff member of toal war?
