Following the tenants of the great Cajun scientists before me I say this:

Pigs are smart too, and taste much better.

Now, basing the value of nonhuman species on flavour, rather than intelligence, and having done research into this matter personally, though not neccessarily through ones own choice, I conclude that crows, no matter how intelligent will never taste as good as pig. Otherwise, we'd no only tell people to "Mange choc!" or "Eat crow!" We would actually do it.

Interesting; this is going to make me look a bit closer at crows when I see them, from now on.

    I loved it! Great find!

Ravens are also considered as intelligent as Crow, however, their population is decreasing. Their interaction is usually with predators showing them where to make a kill and picking up the scraps.

I have notices in places where humans visit but do not live, such as high mountain parks etc. that they too interact with humans in a similar way.

    Thanks Ichigo

    Thumbs up Re: Crows

Wow, that is so kool. It's nice seeing little basic cultures in other creatures. It was awesome learning about the "killer whales," but crows? Nice!
