Altering the building description

Hi,

what's the file called with the building descriptions? Is it save-game compatible to alter them midgame? I mean not also the description, but the title as well.

I have just modded my lvl 3 government and gave it less happiness penalty and in exchange, less tax income, so that it is basically a Seleukid-style hemi-autonomous satrapy. So I want to read "Satrapeia Hemiautonome" in the building browser and description, and maybe "Basileus Perseus, the Wise and Unforgiving, having learnt from his Seleukid neighbours, ordered the erection of semi-autonomous satrapies in the Arche Makedonia's outlying provinces." What do you say now?
