Need help triggering Augustan reforms

OK, so I have like 300 Romani family members now (the year is 108 B.C.). The Marian reforms have been completed.

Should I scroll through all the traits of all those members looking for a guy who wants to seize power? Oh boy, that means like 2 days of scrolling.

Will he actually have a trait that says "Wants to seize power" verbatim or is it under a different trait name?

Also, how in the world do I make him my heir? I've never known I have the power to nominate somebody as my heir...

Woah.

Anyway, just go to the family tree and look at the buttons on the left side of the scroll. There should be a "Set Faction Heir" button or whatever.

I think the actual trait you need to look for is "High Ambitions", I've got two FM's with it at the moment one is now the heir, I just need to capture 90 settlements and hopefully at some point it will trigger.
