WHY, OH WHY!!??

ok so i saw the mod and it looked really great, and ive been playing some of the historical battles and i love it! this mod is amazing, thanks for making it! BUT one thing is really bugging me. when i try to play a custom game why, oh why are the units not organized by faction? any civilization i choose just brings up about 30 or so random units loosely organized under infantry,skirmishers, and cavalry. and most of the time it doesnt even have the units that go to the civilization ive chosen, for instance, ive picked rome and looked all thorugh the list of units but no legionaries, whatsoever. I really hope this is just a bug or something and that it can be fixed cause this is unfortunate that i cant set up and play a good custom battle becuase i cant get the right units.
