I was wondering if there is any way of doing more than one install of MTW so there I can play more than one mod at a time. If there is, please explain because I am not fantastic with computers.

Make multiple copies of the install directory and create shortcuts to the .exes. It's simple. I haven't reinstalled MTW from the CD for a long time. I usually just copy the install directory over. This is useful for installing mods.

yeah just change the install directory.
and make sure you can find which one you want
