I think we got a winner...These should all be recruitable by any faction I think, using a level 5 regional MIC:
8 Germanic Mercenary Generals
4 Celtic Lesser Kings
4 Helenistic Mercenary Generals
4 Nomadic Noble Mercenary Generals
Why is it unstoppable? Because it regenerates itself! As long as the general himself doesn't get killed...
