I was looking for Panzer General to play (for free?) since it's only 10 years old or something.
I've gone through some sites, but I didn't know if there were any reliable sites that you guys knew of that I could download it from?

I ask because it's usually something like that which causes outbursts like this, needless to say I dissagree completely.

Unless the owners of the game's copyright have given their permission for it to be downloaded for free then downloading the game is piracy, no matter how old it is. We can't permit links to such downloads.
I took a quick look and did not find anything which suggests Panzer General is legally available. There is a Nintendo DS version, under the name 'Panzer Tactics'.
