Upgrades for forts?!

Yes, I changed the wall level.

So, I can not make the forts upgradeable but I could change that in battle map all those forts appear with stone walls?

I think I read a text file in the data/text folder that had a line "Upgrade Fort" or something but apparently this feature never made it to the game
