This is great to read, and the videos and pictures are amazing.

You can presume that there must be a whole lot of work that goes into a mod like this, but to see the various parts of the project broken down and explained in simple terms is just fantastic.

Oh man that phalanx looks great. I love the amount of detail on the models. Combined with the MTW2 engine it looks overwhelming. I can't wait to try this!

Looks fantastabulous!! However, I think the new hoplitai animation has quite a lot of "spear sway". What I mean is that I always thought the hoplitais would do small forwardbound thrust in a strictly straight line and not sway the doru horizontally as the physical moment of the long spear would make this impossible. So, I recommend you eliminate the horizontal movement of the doru during the thrust as it looks weird and physically wrong. Little like the phalangitai do when they thrust. I really love the new phalangitai animation, it's quite a lot better than the RTW vanilla version.

Still enjoy EB1 when I got time to just relax and enjoy this lovely mod for a fantastic game.
