If I remember correctly parts of Houston looked pretty "if-y" and so did some of the districts in south Texas (from Corpus to the border etc).

You take several distinctive groups from motherland Africa, spread them out over the world; let them isolate for the next 10,000+ years... it was bound to happen. My feelings is that its going to take a nearly equal amount of time for it to disappear.

Racism is the belief in the innate superiority of one race over another (others).

"C's are better than B's"


Bigotry is making an evaluation of some phenomenon based upon the race of the participants rather than looking at (or in the absence of) all the facts.

"'My car was stolen!' 'It must have been one of those lousy B's.'" "All B's are thieves."


Prejudice is making a judgement in advance (based on, for example, race) irregardless of the facts/specifics of the situation.

"A female C accuses a male B of rape. Other people now treat that B as a rapist because they "know" that he must have done it."


Discrimination is making a choice based on perceived value relevant to that choice.

"I'm going to buy the Ducati because it looks better than the Harley"

Such discriminations can be made based on race as well.

"I'll hire that B as my right fielder, because all B's have great throwing arms.


In practice, all of these tend to get conflated.

IMO:

Someone who believes that people from different areas have different genetic abilities, and as such people from one area are genetically doomed to behave one way, and someone from some other place another way.

For example someone believing that jews are greedy, black people steal and create anarchy, asians are human calculators, etc etc.
