CTD after conquering Ariminum

Hello

I will start by writing some stuff as pointed by the sticky.

• I am using EB 1.2. After having patched RTW to 1.5, i installed EB 1.1 and 1.2 afterwards.
• I have no other mod apart from EB installed.
• I have installed the script fix for 1.2, and tried to install the other fixes as well, but the links are all broken
• With, or without scripts enabled at the start (by pressing, or not pressing the show me how to button), the game still crashes
• I have reloaded the game for more then 5 times and it always crashed.

Now about the crash itself. I am currently playing my first campaign as Epirus, but sadly, as the title of this thread says, I receive a CTD after conquering the current capital of the romans, Ariminum. The crash will happen if i attack, win and capture the city, either in a manual or automatic battle. If i do not attack, the AI will sally forth once its their turn to play, and if i sucessfully win the battle, either manually or automatically, the game crashes as well. I have tried reloading to a previous save, but the game will crash as well, if i take the city.

I say that the game crashes after i take the city, because after winning the battle, my army moves into the city square in the world map, and before the computer asks me what i want to do with the population, I receive a CTD. You can easily replicate the CTD by loading the savegame, and by assaulting the city and fighting an automatic battle.

As a side note, i would like to point that Rome has no other character alive apart from the one defending Ariminum (who will get killed), which makes me believe that Rome will be defeated as well after taking the city.

I do not really know whats the cause of the CTD, but i would apreciate any help/suggestion/tip.
