    Default Hangover Food

So, you spent last night out with the boys, drinking, singing, and laughing, solving all the world's problems (although, this morning, those solutions escape you).

Now your head is a little ache-y, and your mouth is a desert. Do you eat? If so, what? Or does the mere thought of food make you blanch?

For me: Huevos Rancheros, over-easy, with Tobasco sauce. How about you?
Be well. Do good. Keep in touch.

    Marmite on toast.

The toast acts to absorb toxins, while the Marmite replenishes all the nutrients your body is lacking after a heavy night. (Or so some bloke down the pub explained to me (at length), so it must be true).

    It does work though.

My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.

I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.

Never have one, no matter how drunk I have been. A bit slower that is all, nothing a cup of coffee can't fix. Same breakfast as always, tomatoes with balsimico-vinigar and olive oil, glass of fresh orange juice, and a sandwich at the trainstation if it's a workday.

Just drink lots and lots of water before bed- as much as you can stand. Then get a decent amount of sleep and you'll be fine.

Processing alcohol uses a lot of water, so load up before you go to sleep and let your liver do its thing.
