Default Adding Old Factions to New Campaigns

Has anyone already thought of this?
I was thinking it would be pretty cool if you could play as someone like the Lithuanians, or some of the other Kingdoms factions in the Grand Campaign.
It doesnt seem like it would be too hard to script/mod.
    Something like this:
Have all of the factions in the Regular Grand Campaign, and then include some factions such as:
    Lithuania
    Norway
    Ireland
    Wales
    (Sweden) borrowed from another mod?

and then include some other factions that would emegre as the game progressed:
    Teutonic Order
Mongols(Il-Khanate, and Golden Horde seperately if possible)
Crusader States - (Principality of Antioch, Kingdom of Jerusalem) each would spawn after a successful crusade to one of these settlements: Antioch, Edessa, Aleppo, Acre, Jerusalem.

Of course, for this mod to work out perfectly, there are a few extra settlements that should be added to the vanilla campaign map. suggestions:
    Cork (Ireland)
    Trim (Ireland)
    Montgomery (Wales)
    Glasgow (Scotland)
Konigsburg/Marienburg (Rebel at the beginning but then the Teutonic Order would spawn here)
    Hrodna (Lithuania)
    Minsk (Lithuania)
    Poznan (Poland)
    Jazdow (Poland)
    Chernigov (Rebel)
    Visby (Rebel)
    Another settlement in Scandinavia(Goteborg?)
Atleast one more Caucasus Region (Astrakhan?, Old/New Sarai?)
Krak de Chevaliers (Antioch or Rebel)
    Tripoli (Jerusalem or Rebel)

Really, this is just an idea, let me know what you think, or if anyone has already completed or is working on this sort of thing?

I'm no expert on modding, but doesn't the M2 code allow for only a certain amount of factions and territories? If that's so, then you'd have to take some things out first.
"You must know, then, that there are two methods of fight, the one by law, the other by force: the first method is that of men, the second of beasts; but as the first method is often insufficient, one must have recourse to the second. It is therefore necessary for a prince to know well how to use both the beast and the man.
