How did this happen??

Ok something weird just happened to my campaign,. How did my Faction Leader just gained some traits he didnt have at the current season? Let me explain, it was Summer and after some battles and strategic movement here and there i was about to end my turn but before i do as always i check all my family members traits since i like role-playing the game, everything was as it was suppose to be then i ended my turn but suddenly forgot to move one of my FM from barbarian territory ....So i reloaded the quick-save from previous turn and i noticed my Faction Leader gained the Sly and Pillager trait?? how the hell??? Is the script sometimes buggy like this?
