My campaign in 1185 has been uploaded today, as the Aragonese in Tyberius 2.0 with a map included.

I find the patch a fine addition to the mod, and the graphics are quite without fuzziness now on my computer - which helps me stand in awe of all those national colours when they come together on the field.
(Particulary, the Castilian Militia!).

Some of the units are mere advertising material, however, others give balance and edge where there wasn't any before.
My example is the Andalucian cavalry - the stapled supporting unit of every Aragonese army I have created.

I have always loved the diversity of factions and political situations in XL 3.0 - even if there were often some predictable superpowers - there were often surprises also!
And Tyberius has made the map more unpredictable so far.

Indeed, the AI has a better army composition also - but I did not realise Tyberius had worked on this.

Until I saw a screenshot of XL 3.0 today - I had forgotten what everyone meant by, "Matchstick weapons"! There are no more! Certainly, the graphical changes are the most significant of the mod - as Tyberius admitted - and the graphics were certainly the only part of XL that needed addressing.

(I do enjoy the old, charming graphics of MTW, but the units in XL 3.0 all looked very much like striped rectangles holding staffs.)
