    Do those cities have any corruption? You should really check. It is those huge trading cities (and mining towns) that always have the most corruption. That ToC trade benefit will be no more than 250-300 mnai - and the trade bonus does not seem to affect the large cities much more than towns, while the ToJ (Temple of Jupiter) will benefits will be at least 4 times greater.

    Huh? I did kind of recommend you to demolish all of those ToCs. They are horribly wasteful for any city that is not close to your capital. The trade bonus is negligent, the corruption is rampant and the public order bonus is minuscule in comparison - that's a ToC. What did I tell you that made you change your mind?
