Woops
Fiddling about with the 'add/remove windows components' thing, i accidentally uninstalled MS paint among a number of other things.
Anywhere i can redownload all this stuff? I'd much rather not look for my Windows discs, as they're currently in some sealed box in my garage, with a whole bunch of other boxes piled on top and in front of them.

IIRC the only way to reinstall is through your Windoze sources, which in your case would be on your disks. Sorry mate, I think you're hosed unless someone else knows of a legit way.

Well, I recommend paint.net as an alternative.
Its basically MS Paint, but with alot more features and it is still free.

You could download another piece of software, such as GIMP.
