Ja Mata, Tosa.
The poorest man may in his cottage bid defiance to all the forces of the Crown. It may be frail; its roof may shake; the wind may blow through it; the storm may enter; the rain may enter; but the King of England cannot enter – all his force dares not cross the threshold of the ruined tenement! - William Pitt the Elder

There, but for the grace of God, goes John Bradford
My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.
I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.
What people have said earlier is completely true, as long as you burn more calories than you consume, you can eat anything. I for one go through periods of eating nothing but McDonalds for a few weeks (disgusting, i know) and yet i'm still losing visible fat. For the first time since i was 7, my chest is completely fat. I've lost my paunch!
Goodnight, sweet prince ;_;
I don't understand how monosodium glutamate is addicting in any fashion. Sure it may not be the best for your health, but basically 2 billion plus people in Asia eat it regularly every day and they haven't gotten horrendous diseases from it yet....
Regarding losing fat:
Increased life expectancy due to calorie restriction has been proven to occur regardless of what type of food you ingest. Technically, you can only eat butter and as long as you get enough supplements to have the Vitamins and other stuff you need, you will lose weight and improve in health

"I do not know what I may appear to the world; but to myself I seem to have been only like a boy playing on the seashore, and diverting myself in now and then finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary, whilst the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me." - Issac Newton
