    Default Battle of the Bulge

Britain's battle with obesity . This is an interesting and innovative attempt to change peoples' eating & lack of exercise habits. I especially like the "healthy day off from work" idea.

You just know that everyone is going to order pizza in, sit on the couch all day and drink beer...

In other words, where do I sign up?

    Seems poorly implemented to me.

Agreed reminds me of some school fundraiser.
When it occurs to a man that nature does not regard him as important and that she feels she would not maim the universe by disposing of him, he at first wishes to throw bricks at the temple, and he hates deeply the fact that there are no bricks and no temples

Jesus, talk about patronizing. That's the kind of thing that would make me mad enough to move to another town.

if they want to combat obesity perform many fat transfer operations on me, i'm far too thin, seriously though, just ban all take away shops, shut down thorntons and we'll be half way there.... if you think about it they are eating food others don't have, there's even ideas of imprisoning those that eat to much or waste food....though i think that's pathetic

I hope that you can refuse to use a tracking tag. If not, then we're one step closer to the jackboots of Big Brother.
