i think looting with your army in enemy territory´s also make positive corruption. One of my Saka-FM has got a trait that give possitive corruption. don´t know exactly, i think it was "rider" or something like that...Nobody answered 9 I see, I have always assumed positive corruption is your governor ripping off the liocals and giving it you.
