26 yr-old from Germany, Studying mathematics/physics (focus on optimization, operations research) in Marburg/Germany, oh, and being hot too I've been become very interested in history when I first discovered Age of Empires 1 in 1997(?). I even planned to study history but then changed my mind to mathematics.

Favorite period of time was ancient egypt and greece, Rome:Total War really got me into the post-Diadochi-Era. I prefer the eastern kingdoms (Seleucids, Baktria etc) prior to Rome though. Basically my interest in history reduces the later we get... I really dont like the renaissance for example... so I'm also not so interested in TW:Empires (yet).
