In lue of Halloween and the Iberian costume I did I have been playing on and off since then a Lusotana campain. And during the long Thx giving weekend I played till I got tired of playing EB lol.

BUT here what is going on....

I haven't mess with Romani nor gone up to Gaul, because I want a big "epic campain/battle" against Polybian Romans. HOWEVER, its 220some.... the Romani have the Polybian reforms for a lil bit now, the Aedui/Arverni have their Time of Bondsmen reform and are making Solduros. Yet the Romans are still making Camillian guys WTF??????

I sent an assasine to blow up the MIC in Rome, they rebuild it, and they are still making Camillian.

It wouldn't make any difference. It just damages the building 100% (not destroying it) and they can repair it.

As long as they don't upgrade their MICs, you won't see polybian troops. There's nothing you can do about that.

Edit: oh, and you're right. It's a dumb AI.
