fix for temple in jerusalem

this, i guess, is for those who are interested in an accurate description of the Temple in Jerusalem.

download, extract and copy the file and find the export_buildings file, then replace the old with the one you downloaded.

CHANGES:

previously, the transliteration for the temple in jerusalem was "Habait Haquados." this is wrong, so i changed it to "Beit Hamikdash." other than that, the history of the Beit Hamikdash is correct and i did no further changes.

well, he is Jewish, and obviously cares for the naming of his religion's holy sites-Its just like what I did with JH in IBFD for my people, only mine changed an entire faction...
