Post count really doesn't matter at the .org, instead the Junior member period is in place for us Mods to get to know you and your posting style. Raelly so we can determine if you're a trouble-maker or a stand-up citizen.
It really depends upon the poster on how long it takes, from your join date you've been here a little over a week, give it a little more time.
