    Default Romani victory condition?

    Hi
Guess it is a bit stupid question. But I thought I hade al the provinces to win the game. But after launching an invasion at Britain. Nothing happend. And I saw that some provinces was marked black or dark. what does that mean. do I really need to capture them as well or what?

But even though I will continue to conquer the world. But have troubles to find the citys far south in africa. Does they really exist at all?

    take care

Press in your faction overview display the "?" in the right upper cornen, white boxes will appear around all cities you have to conquer.
Clicking another time on the "?" circles will appear around cities you only have to raid.

    What is "raid"?
-->You have to hold the settlement for at least one turn in the game, it doesn't matter if at the end or the beginning of a campaign.

These are also the setlements on the graphic display of your victory conditions, they are marked dark.

    To your other question:

The only city far south in Africa is Terhazza, which you can't reach without cheating because it is used for scripting purposes.

Lol as soon I read the replies. I turned on EB. After actually doing nothing not invading or capturing. Just some preparing. Next turn it was a nice pop up that announced that I won the game and the roman empire was supreme and totaly awsome. So now I am playing to rule the world....Or try a new campaign?

not meaning to highjack the thrread, but,

why does some cities/towns on my map (not the minimap) turn into a dark color and areas around then unilluminated even though i've captured it?

these cities/town are unoccupied by a single soldier, some are light colours, other are dark. but i can still click on them and build stuff and recruit. what gives?

Have you started the script each session before pressing "end turn" the first time?

If yes, then it could be caused by a client ruler that dies. I found that bringing an FM to the town, changing the government or rebuilding the Type 4 gets rid of "the dark"...

If no, please start doing so.

You probably recently had a general die in one of those towns. Sometimes when a general dies, the game darkens his area of view even if he was in a town, thus darkening the town. It's an old RTW bug and will go away with time. Try moving a new general into the town.

You can also build a watchtower next to the city to overcome the bug. Just give yourself 1000 mnai for the expenses with add_money 1000.
