You guys are basically lynching me because I'm a vigilante. I get it. A person reveals they're a vigilante and then gets lynched. Its the way its been since the dawn of mafia. You think I didn't expect this when I revealed? At least stop being lazy, and LOOK at someone else because this game won't end when I die.

Night Nine.

Day Nine

woad&fangs was sitting in his room when the next vote came around. He refused to attend. Everyone else had voted for him, as he suspected they would. He was actually more interested in the book he was reading.

A knock on the door... "Enter" said woad.

"The vote is almost unanimous. What say you?"

woad- "I believe it was Yoyoma. Not that you care what I have to say, you pack of rabid wolves."
"Right. Any final words?"

woad- "I will not plead for my life. Instead, I am seeking redemption. I beg the Lord forgiveness for my sins..."
"Yeah, yeah... whatever. Is that all?"

woad- "That's all."

The group raised their weapons and shot him to death. Afterwards, they inspected his room. Splattered everywhere were his remains, and little else. There was a cot, a desk, a lamp, a book open, and woad's weapon, which had not been fired after all these days. They looked at the book on the desk, and it was a Bible. A passage was highlighted.

John 8:28

Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.

8:29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.

8:30 As he spake these words, many believed on him.

8:31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

And so the group left his cabin and went back to theirs.


Night Nine


The intruder entered Shlin28's room that night, with a rusty hatchet. He approached the sleeping Shlin, and stuck him with a needle. Shlin began to stir, looked into the eyes of his attacker, but quickly faded into a drug-induced stupor. He watched in groggy horror as the intruder buried the hatchet in his chest, and began carving out his beating heart. He cut the organ completely out of Shlin's chest and violently bit into it, voraciously devouring the still-beating meat. He ate and ate and soon, there was nothing left but a pool of blood. Shlin managed to make a soft utterance... he tried to plead for his life, but he could not form the words.

The attacker took a glass and began drinking the blood, and after drinking it all up, he spoke. "At long last, my Shlinny Shlinn Shlin, I have finally gained your rich and tasty courage."

But the noise of the attack had caused others to stir. One of the crew members fired his weapon into the air.

"There's an attack! There's an attack! Everyone come quickly!!!"

All the other crew members ran to Shlin's cabin and the first one in the room fired his weapon. Seireikhaan dropped to the ground, his face covered in blood. His legs were torn apart by the gunfire, but he was still conscious.

"Before we put you out of your misery, do you have anything to say?"

Seireikhaan:

"I guess not. Good-bye... Seireikhaan!"

They all shot him to death.

Game Note: Any other night actions were cancelled due to the circumstances of Seireikhaan's and Shlin28's death. No one slept at all for the rest of the night, and everyone sat in the same room with their weapons drawn, until the merciful sun came up.

But I have a theory that the only way for us to win this game is if we do not lynch or kill each other at this point.


What's the use of having a tanker full of gold if there is none to help you pilot it, or help you move it in a way which won't get you caught?


I haven't been a part of any night action thus far, and from the write up, I don't think Woad actually was either. I think that was a bluff on his part. I'm pretty sure the syringe was 'Khaan the quack, and not polonium.


And unlike what Woad also said, I had voted for 'Khaan two rounds ago, when no one else would.

Maybe one of you are the killers, I don't know?

I want to win this, but I don't see how we can, if we're just going to go and kill each other off.

Okay, the game hasn't ended yet because there is still probably someone scummy within us.

Lets say we don't lynch someone and said scum kills one of us off. Then, its just down to 2 people and the scum wins automatically.

As for the Golden Rule, I would perfectly love for everyone to not die, yet the traitors/FBI agents/whatever secret roles there may be still keeps on trying to kill us.

They're trying to kill us so they would like the same for us to do to them, which is lynching

Well, we are now at the cusp point.

Since there are three of us, the timing of the votes is now important. As things stand, I am currently the swing vote, with Yoyoma and Tevash both having already voted. However, it's not that simple since they did not vote for each other.

Yoyoma has voted no lynch, citing the classic Golden Rule in the writeup. Tevash, calling this strategy flawed, has voted Yoyoma. Now, Yoyoma may or may not change his vote, but in the meantime I am operating under the assumption that it stays on no lynch.

- If I vote for Yoyoma, he's all but gone. If we made the right choice, yay. If not... game over.
- If I vote for no lynch, that buys us more time, but maybe not. Depending on how ATPG works things, the town may handicap itself and fall victim to the mafia. OTOH, if Yoyoma's hunch is right, abiding by "the Golden Rule" could win us the game.
- If I vote for Tevash, then either we have a wacky three-way tie (in which case No Lynch might still win out) or Yoyoma shifts his vote and Tevash is lynched. Then, the possibilities of Scenario #1 are invoked.

I'm not sure if voting No Lynch is wise at this stage, everything in me screams that it's not. However, ATPG's final line seems extraordinarily significant. In the meantime, I also need to go back and check up on the overall behavior of Tevash and Yoyoma.

Considering we still have plenty of time, I'm going to withhold my vote for now. Today I concentrated on Ephesus. Tomorrow it will be on this game.

Honestly, TevashSzat, I think you're the mafia. I've thought that you might be a member of that group for awhile.

But I don't think you can win this.

I don't think anyone will win it if we try to kill each other. I believe what will likely happen if we try to kill each other is that the write up tomorrow will have us all dead, and the navy finding a ship full of gold floating in the ocean with no one manning it.

I believe the only way to win this, for us, is if none of us kill each other. It will take some trust, but I think it's the only way any of us will win.




Read the write ups from yesterday and last night. Look at how 'Khaan became a sick psychopath, look at how Woad was seeking redemption.


We need to lay down our guns, and do this together, mafia and town. I really believe it's the only way any of us are going to win.
