Small Gymnasium not giving happiness bonus

Hi all,

Currently playing AS.

When I select to build the small gymnasium and it goes onto the building que there is no subsequent increase in happiness.

Anyone else spotted this?

As you can see in the building description their should be a 5% happiness bonus when this building is constructed. Yet....

When the building is in the building que their is no "shaded" increase in happiness. Is it possible that I will receive the happiness bonus once the small gymnasium is built? Or do bonuses only apply when they 1st are shown shaded as the building is in the building que?

You are upgrading the field of games, which also gives the same happiness bonus. All is well.
