Hi. Playing as the Romani and trying to get the polyb-units: According to to the FAQ I need to upgrade MICs in order to recruit the Polybian units. What does that mean excactley. Should I destroy the old MICs, and start all over or what?

Just build the next level of MIC and you will get the new types of troops. If you're already at the highest level then I think you just get the ability to build another highest level MIC.
One balloon for not being Roman
have you met the requirements for the Polybian reforms?
Those who would give up essential liberties for a perceived sense of security deserve neither liberty nor security--Benjamin Franklin
I had an issue in my current roman campaign related to this. I had all the requirements but just when the 242 came I was building a barrack upgrade in Rome, and it happened that I didnt get the reforms since the Rome building hang up at 20%, when I detected the bug, more turns after, I cancel the building and then created it again and It worked... So may be you mustnt been building military upgrades in 242 or you get bug.
I think this must be an old bugg since I guess it happened to me too in the first EB realese.

"This war between the Romans and Celtiberians is called the fiery War, for while wars in Greece or Asia are settled with one or two pitched battles, the battles there dragged on, only brought to a temporary end by the darkness of the night. Both sides refused to let their courage flag or their bodies tire". Polybius.
