Epeirote recruitment problem

I'm playing Epeirote campaign nown and everything's going fine-i've crushed Macedonians, conquered whole Pelopones, Sycily, South Italy, Dalmatia and Pannonia but I still don't have acces to Pezheteroi phalanx. I have built highest level barracks in my homeland provinces; I can built Agema phalanx and cav, I can built even elephants but no pezheteroi. Only agema or deuteroi are available for me. Can someone explain me what's going on?? Is it bug, or I'm doing something wrong???

You cannot recruit the Pezhetairoi in Epeiros. You can, however, recruit them in Makedonia and Thessalia. Have you built up those MICs and are still not able to recruit them there?

Nope, only in my two starting homeland provinces. I've thought that if there is acces to agema and elephants,it should be also possiblity to recruit pezheteroi...now I have explanation.

Yeah, the Pezhetairoi are specifically Makedonian phalangitai and are not recruitable from amoungst the Epeirites. They have their own phalangitai.

Yeah, you'll have to add them yourself in order to make them recruitable to you.
