94BC CTD/freeze at Eleutheroi turn

I'm back from a long hiatus playing EB 1.1, and recently came to another obstacle.

I'm Romani. It's 94 BC, post Marian. I had the Sweboz marker spam bug that I got
around thanks to bovi's technical advice (this happened several game turns / several
months ago).
But this new one doesn't seem to be related to the Sweboz marker spam nor
the stuff posted under the End of Turn CTD sticky thread.

I posted a save file if anyone has time and would kindly look at it.

Basically, there'll be two battles vs Seleucid and one vs Saromartae.
After that, at the Eleutheroi's turn, it either CTDs or freezes (although you
can still see graphics of the oceans moving if it doesn't CTD).

Any hints?
I see that v1.2 is out, but am sort of reluctant to restart everything again.
