At his request, Praetor Cotta has been moved to Epidamnos.

The hostile armies are defeated, Ambrakia is taken by Roman cavalry.

Request the Consul of Finance to lower the taxes in Ambrakia and the Consul of the Legions to send the light infantry of Epidamnos to secure the city of Ambrakia.
Public order will still be good enough, since Praetor Cotta himself is there to look after the people.

If I recall correctly, you 'drain the sacred lake' (destroy the 'building') and go collect up all the gold, gems, and ceremonial weapons/armor that the barbaric celts wasted by throwing away to their pagan gods. We should get at least 10k - 25k

Legio IV (V?) is nearly assembled, the campanian cavalry required for it has not been recruited yet so as to minimise expenditure.
we couldn't find any volunteers for the pedites extraordinarii initially, and when some people signed up, we don't know how to equip and train them.
Legio I is at full strength.
