The construction of a Portus Mercatorius has begun in Taras to increase trade income.

1 Rorarii and 1 Accensi have been trained and have arrived in the Legio II Latium Fort. 1 Principes has been trained and joined up with Legio I Apulia. Have moved Decimvs Scipio into Roma out of RBGs fort.

Internal Affairs
Consul Asina has hired the services of a Biographer. Tribunus Qvintus Livinvs has hired the services of a Chirurgeon. Legatus Scipio will be celebrating the birth of his new daughter Crispina.

Foreign Affairs
Our diplomat is on his way to Greek regions.

unable to recruit Eqvites Romani in Roma because of insufficient funds
disbanded Triarii in Roma and Principes and Taras, they are not needed now and are only draining our money since they are used as garrison.

Taxes have been set to very high in Ariminum, high in Rhegion to feed our depleting coffers

Building
In Arpi, the city's walls have expanded with the finishing of the new Villa Magistratvs. Citizens of Rhegion will soon know what it is to be a good Roman again with the establishment of Provincia Romana.

Military
A fort for Legio I Apulia has been established in Latium. Tribunus Servivs Longvs has arrived there to prepare the troops pending Consul Asina's arrival. Tribunus Licinvs has arrived in Ariminum. 1 Rorarii and 1 Accensi have been trained and have joined up with Legio II Latium. A new diplomat has been recruited in Ariminum.

Internal Affairs
Tribunus Titvs Maximvs has hired the services of a Doctor. Tribunus Caivs Mamercvs has hired the services of an overseer. Congratulations to Heres Blasio on the birth of another daughter, young Evphemia. Judging from our financial overview, we will see a new found wealth next season!

Foreign Affairs
Diplomats are en-route to the the Greek territories.

Military
1 Eqvites Romani added to Roma's recruitment queue
1 Leves added to Capua's recruitment queue; it is to replace the Triarii as garrison in Capua, the triarii will disband next turn when the Leves are done.
Legio II Latium shall be ready to move off next turn, when the Eqvites are done, Baen can move the Eqvites from Roma to join Legio II when it moves. (Baen take note)

Internal Affairs

Intelligence
moved A.A. Scavrvs (spy) to southern Sardin; over the sea from there lies Atiqa, a major stone-walled city of the Poeni. (we should have used the small fleet we had earlier on to get Scavrvs off Sardin)

Misc.
Legio I Apulia has moved north and made a fort in northern Etruria; Asina and Regvlvs shall move to join them next turn, and if possible, attack Bononia on the turn after that when Legatus Cotta has mobilised Legio II Latium to move north

and I've just noticed that throughout these few turns the only people who have been taking the save are me and Navarro.

Buildings
In Capua, to increase happiness of the citizens there, construction has begun on a Cirvs Simplex. Races will begin next year.

Military
Have moved Legio II Latium to its new fort just south of Arretium region. This legion held a grand parade in Roma today in celebration of its completed training. The announcement of its selected tribunes is eagerly awaited. Leves for the Capua garrison are complete.

Internal Affairs
Tribune Decimvs Scipio has hired the services of a philosopher. Tribune Avlvs Mamercvs has hired the services of a Chirurgeon and an Armourer.

Foreign Affairs
Diplomats report nothing new on their travels.

Moved Legio II Latium with tribunes to besiege Bononia seperate from Legio I Apulia for now, but avaliable for reinforcement or merging. However there is a two unit overlap if wish to merge.

S.P.Carbo reports that the garrison of Segesta is similar to that of Bononia, though a bit weaker and containing lesser Gaestatae than the latter. The Chieftain of Segesta is a man named "Conan"

a Regional Subjugation should be constructed in Bononia, though we have little funds left. (OOC: it seems our income this turn can manage to bring the 300~ denarii to around 4k or so)
