Uh...I believe some action needs to be taken.

The Epirites are regrouping and recruiting, and could be ready to launch a new offensive come next year led by none other than Pyrrhus himself. The Legio II should be able to deal with it for the time being as long as the reinforcements arrive quickly. I've moved the Legio II's Vth Cohort (Rorarii) out from Dalminion and towards Legio II, which is now back in friendly territory and receiving new supplies. Qvintvs Aemilivs has also joined with Legio II. I have also proritised the Foreign Mic in Epidamnos, and raised the tax level to Very High for the time being until Legio III's departure.

The Carthies are threatening Massilia, and we do not seem to have any legion any where near. The Massilians do not have a standing army and cannot defend themselves. There are also some Corsican troops massing, and only await Carthaginian transports to drop them off on the Italian mainland.

Rebellious farmers and townsmen have taken up arms and have blocked the road between Roma and Fort Latium. On top of this Samnite rebels have led a rebellion amongst some mining slaves, who have also led a rebellion in south Campania.

I suggest the Legio III return to Italia immediately, and whoever should be protecting Massilia should leave immediately.

I also ask that the Consul of the Legions recruit a local (spy) to watch over the mountains in northern Makedonia, in case the Epirites use the opportunity to attack Illyria from behind.

A Fanvm Ceres is being constructed in Segesta to honour Ceres, and the filth of the formerly-barbarian town Bononia is countered by Roman sanitation - a blessing for the town's health. The establishing of Avxilia Delectv Regionis have started in Epidamnos as well as Taras, while an Aedicvla Vesta is being built in Ariminium.

A Fanvm Ceres has finished in Patavium.

Intelligence
The Carthaginian army that had seemed to march on Massalia has turned back towards Iberia.

Misc.
Pvblivs has moved to Bononia and the Consular Legion halfway between him and Roma.

Cotta and the men in Legio II are no longer starving.

Epidamnos garrison has arrived; Legio III is now free to leave. Vth Cohort has joined Legio II. Epeiros is regrouping and recruiting. S.P Carbo reports that the Epirite king is east of Pella with a mercenary unit of hoplites. It seems he has left his famed army back in Byzantion. The main Epirite force is still in Serdike, but could threaten Illyria from the north. The garrison in Ambrakia has improved. A son of Pyhrrus, Pyrrichos, guards Makedonia's southern border, and an Athenian general has entered Makedonia from the west. In two seasons we will be able to recruit local troops from Epidamnos.
