An Inceptvm Externvs (Foreign Enterprise) has started construction in Roma.

Many buildings were finished this season. Amongst them are Aedicvla Minervae (Small Shrine of Minerva, Rhegion), Fanvm Ceris (Holy Site of Ceres, Segesta), Stationis Vigilvm (Guard Posts, Massalia), Avxilia Delectv Regionis (Support Through Local Auxilia, Dalminion & Segestica).

Internal affairs
Taxes have been lowered in Segestica to prevent a riot.

Intelligence
The Carthaginian army has once again returned towards Massalia. Will it attack this time?

Misc.
Pvblivs Atilivs has taken command over the Consular Legion and engaged the rebels outside of Roma. They have, however, retreated west, blockading the port, out of range for the Consular Legion.
