a Provinciae Romana is being set up in Tolosa

Principes from Legio III retrained and rejoined with the rest of Legio III
a unit of Accensi has been raised in Arretium
equites Romani is being raised in Roma
an Oneiaria fleet is being rented in Capua
depleted infantry units from Legio I is marching back to Italy.
garrison troops are moving towards Tolosa

tax rate has been raised in Tolosa

Quaestor Caivs Avrelivs Cotta and Tribune Qvintvs Aemilivs Regillis have returned to Epidamnos, much to the populace's delight.

I also press the Consul of the Legions again for a local or locals, or at least some people that speak Greek (hint hint cough coughTarascough cough), that can be used to spy on the Epirite forces that reports suggest are gathering north of Makedonia and at Byzantion.

A Circus Simplex (simple racecourse) has begun construction in Segestica
a Horrerum (granary) has begun construction in Arpi

Military
the deal with Campanian merchants to rent their trade ships is cancelled (OOC: I decided that it's not worth the money, since it's originally meant to transport troops from Italy to Southern Gaul/Spain)
1 equites romani has been recruited in Roma to resupply Legio II
garrison and Legio I units are progressing slowly

Legio III Campania defeated the rebels blocking the trade route junction between Campania, Brettia, Kalabria, and Apulia in a clear victory. The legion has begun the journey northwards towards Roma to defeat the rebels ravaging the country side there.

Buildings
a Auxilia Copiis Regionis (foreign MIC) has been constructed in Epidamnos
a Villa Magistratum has begun construction in Epidamnos

Military
I would like to inform Praetor Caius Aurelius that three units of accensi and a unit of leves currently in Legio II are actually part of Epidamnos' Garrison. please return them to the city immediately as you are no longer provincial governor.
A fort has been constructed for Legio IV (as requested by TCV), Publius Atilius has also been moved into Roma
units from legio I are being retrained in Arretium
the front guard from Legio I has captured and routed the survivors of the Carthaginian armies defeated recently.
The equites to resupply Legio II has arrived in Illyria.

Internal Affairs
Sextus Cornelius Sulla has befriended a wise man
Taxes have been increased in Tolosa

Foreign Affairs
Ptolemaioi and Baktra has declared as ceasefire

Intelligence
The spy from Taras has arrived in Epiros and informs that there is a minor skirmishing force stationed outside Ambracia.

Whoops...I completely forgot about them...I'm returning to Epidamnos anyway. Unless theres some sort of complaint that I can't be in that region anymore and I have to leave my army in the sea or something.
