A unit of principes has as many men as a unit of Triarii, so there should only be 1 new unit of Triarii.

not exactly, bean's (cotta's) legion (and it's Legio II) is in Illyria, he can't do anything much, you must be mistaken

Do you see any other legions availiable? Mines the only one that doesnt look like it will be coming back for a couple of years yet. Epirus isnt going to nicely leave us alone.
