i feel like BtSH has been lacking activity recently, certainly Curia activity. Anyone else getting this feeling?

Well, we certainly have had fewer conversations / debates in the Curia; but I believe that that is because we are RP'ing being afield, hell across an Ocean, you know? I don't personally like to use representatives to speak for me. Rather, I choose to use my aid who sits there taking notes to deliver letters that I send. That's just my preference; but it does contribute to fewer discussions.
We have a congressional session coming up in a week or so, and I will return to Roma for that. I've been too far from my house, etc and I want to stir the pot some. (Yes, Bean, I saw your statement that I, Tiberius Claudius Marcellus, of the Gens Claudia would dare try to bribe your representative)
Perhaps one of the Dux, Duxes, Duxi, Duxasauruses? should propose a CA that each active player must post something in the Curia (either themselves, their aids, via letter, etc) at least once every 3 days or once per week. We could use this as the benchmark for inactivity (say you miss two postings - unless you give notice - and you are moved to the inactive list). Additionally, this would keep conversation and debate going. Just a thought.

I sometimes don't post in the Curia because I am sorting stuff out behind the scenes that I would post or not post according to the answer. Of course because everybody lives everywhere it can take a long time to get an answer, and all the time the length of time between Curia posts lengthen. We need some sort of system where we discuss more trivial matters, because theres not always stuff about the war to talk about.

if you ask me i think the reason the curia is so dull right now is simply because things went perfectly. Hell i think we have dealt Epeiros such a blow so fast they didnt know what to do with it lol. If it had gone bad think of all the mess we would of had to deal with.
It couldnt have gone bad. I was in charge. But dont forget Epirus spam at the beginning of the game. They have had plenty of time to muscle up. I think we just haven't seen their armies yet.
