yeah we have to deal with whole army comander thing, get it done and move on. right now we seem to be in a slump.

that should be done quick.
it's not interesting if we bicker over how should command should be given and taken over IC and OOC.
heck if some people are crazy enough, they'll declare past instances of transferring command all invalid since they are decided by a simple statement by navarro, then a few agreeing, then it being implemented.
