We have a backroom full of revolutaries already.

I would say if I thought the revolution had a chance to succeed. Which is to say, probably never. People don't care until it's too late.

Probably if I felt that my family was physically endangered or was being treated unfairly by the establishment. Im not sure. If enough people I knew were rebelling I would probably start too.

Sure, Nationalism is annoying, but enough to make you rebel? Do you feel like overthrowing the government every time you hear your national anthem sung at a sporting event?

I'd hope to be able to emigrate before the trouble really started.

Honestly, as said earlier, it would depend on numerous factor, emotional, political, economical, etc.

Though I think I would be much more prone to rebel against a democracy than against an autoritarian or totalitarian regime.

For all I know, I might as well join a totalitarian regime, given the right circumstances/brainwashing/whatever. And if I were to rebel against one, it would probably more caused by personal issues (my familly being harmed) rather than to protect some generic human rights.
