jerusalem isnt the recognized capital of israel? it says that it is in all my atlases and such.Internationally recognised borders within which is stays, and an internationally recognised capital.
The facts of Jerusalem being disputed between two sides and illegal settlements (and a border fence that even israel's own cours rules as illegal) is far from either a recognised capital or borders.
i would say it is- just not for a few arab nations.
