Roka wont make the vote i think hes been inactive with PC trouble and as far as i am concerned everyone's vote counts!

UPDATE: Should the 3 players who havent voted vote no all legislation's will pass. Should they vote yes all legislation's will pass. In 2 hours or 1600 Pacific time the polls will close.

The point is that to pass an edict only needs 6 or 7 votes with only a dozen people playing. With 9 votes in favour even if everyone else votes no then the edicts all still pass and thus their votes at this point are somewhat irrelevant.

Still, later on when miniature factions and the like start forming, seeing who voted yes and who voted no for various edicts will be useful when choosing allies.

Okay well then if there is only one person....

Senators, the Polls are now closed. All legislation's have passed unanimously and the tally is not necessary.
