EB 1.2? With RTW 1.5 or BI 1.6 or Alex 1.9?
Fixes installed? Any submods installed? Any changes you made yourself? Any other mods apart from EB?

Looks like the problem you have when you add BI to the shortcut target, without making the necessary changes in the data files...

Please run a validation and verify that you have not installed EB under Program Files.

There is a special folder called Program Files. It's where a lot of applications and games are installed by default, including RTW. You need to have RTW and EB installed outside of this.

It only really matters when you have Windows Vista.
