Note there are no money bonuses anymore except for the Eleutheroi so the AI can't build elite stacks as much as before.
As for AI diplomacy I am sure since we are using Force Diplomacy that we can "role play" a little bit as long as it's reasonable...like a ceasefire when they have one settlement and two units left
But the AI is the AI, and IMO we will be more concerned with "hidden" diplomacy between players then we will with stupid AI
Speaking of which, I want to note that the AI may make certain "choices" for you when it's not your turn..such as accept that ceasefire you don't want with another AI faction. So, if I can get this subforum we will have an "Official Diplomacy" thread. We will make it so anything diplomacy-wise will be recorded. If you are for some reason allies with someone you are not supposed to be don't worry about it, it will be recorded so you can double check, and then you can FD it back into shape. This problem only happens when your faction is "AI" and a real AI does something.
And for the sake of sieges if your faction takes a city when it's not your turn make sure you delete the Government building before you build anything.

Before I forget, bovi has made a new fix for EBv1.2 to the EBBS..something to do with the Sweboz reforms. Don't worry about it, I will edit the minimod and update it when we get started. I also plan on making a "confirmation" thread to make sure everyone has the game set up properly.
