What are you looking for? Forums? Hosting? Member only access? Vent? Domain name?
Anything besides xxxx.insertfreewebsitemakingplacethatisreallybadhere.com will cost money.

Well, vent isn't that hard to set up. I remember that back when I was playing Guild Wars, you could set up a free vent server. The space was limited, but there is enough room for a full party for when you do GvGs, Tombs, whatever.
The lag was an issue at times, but as long as everyone got good connections, it wasn't too bad

AFAIK Vent is not free to host, (Keep in mind I dont know about the probable free server software it gives) but Teamspeak is. Unlimited slots etc.
As for Monk's comment, it is true.
