Warfare in 1800's

Hey All,


I'm looking for books about the Napoleonic Wars and the Austrian Army in the Early 1800's (1800-1830).

Anyone know good books I could read about those Topics?

Hm depends a bit on what details you want. For some basic stuff with pictures of uniforms then there are a few Osprey books for the Austrian army during the Napoleonic Wars. Not sure if they are out of print but seems they are still available.

Austrian Army of the Napoleonic Wars (1) : Infantry
Austrian Army of the Napoleonic Wars (2) : Cavalry (Men at Arms Series, 181)
Austrian Commanders of the Napoleonic Wars 1792-1815
Austrian Napoleonic Artillery 1792-1815
Austrian Grenadiers and Infantry 1788-1816

There is also "Napoleon's Great Adversary: Archduke Charles and the Austrian Army 1792-1814" by Gunther E. Rothenberg. That has some info both about the army, the campaigns as well as Charles that was involved in most of their wars.
