Client ruler bug with bi.exe

Hello!

I've asked this question in the bugs and technical problems forum and i've been told to ask here again.

So these are the questions:
1. I have started a campaign with epirus and koinon hellenon with EB 1.2.
After the first turn some of my family members get the "recruited general" trait and i should make a choice if they should be a client ruler or an recruited general!

2. In some cities (athens, korinth, demetrias) i can not build naval ports!!

Is it a bug? What can I do?


I'm playing EB 1.2 with bi.exe and no other mods!
