New fix, this time for Carthie reform spam. Hopefully no other reforms are affected in the same way.
Having problems getting EB2 to run? Try these solutions.

I do NOT answer PM requests for help with EB. Ask in a new help thread in the tech help forum.

Carthie reform spam??? The charties have had the reform in my campaign, and except for a missing EB description for the reform, nothing is wrong. It's been 40 turns since they got them. Can anything go wrong after that still?

Many thanks to Hooahguy for this great sig.
I don't know, they were reported to be spamming in one guy's game, and this change made them stop spamming for him. I basically replaced the old fix for the Carthie spam with the way I did for the Sweboz one. If you don't have a problem, I guess it's fine the way it is for you.
