You may still need to go check your EBBS_SCRTPT.TXT and put a ";" right before the "Section 2h: Sweboz Reform", so it looks like this below:

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
;Section 2h: Sweboz Reform

otherwise you may not run the EB background script in game

(PS: no space between the ";" i don't know how that happened)

I fixed that in the new PBeM version..
